Iratus/Wraith!John

Hi all! I'm looking for any and all fics that have Sheppard turning into a wraith or iratus bug. I love 'em! Read them on ratcreature's thing and couldn't get enough.
Oh, and if you've stumbled across any fics that have Sheppard turning/shifting into a mer-man, he gets wings, or heck if he turns into a werewolf I'll take those too!
