Sick Shep - No McShep

Oh hai comm!
I'm looking for fics in which Sheppard is ill or sick (no alien related or injured, a 'normal' sickness or disease: cancer, pneumonia, some kind of heart syndrome, etc), but NOT Mcshep.
Slash is ok, just no Sheppard in a romantic relationship with Mckay.
