Opportunities / losing Rodney

I'm looking for stories where people think they are losing Rodney (or afraid they will).

I was reading the excellent 5 of x Instances Where Rodney McKay Declined an Opportunity and I really wanted to know how people on Atlantis would react if they knew about the offers that he gets or if they seriously thought he might take one.

McKay/Sheppard preferred but I'll read anything.
