Not who he thought he was

Looking for any kind of fic where Rodney learns or has always known that his parents weren’t his parents and that Jeannie isn’t his sister. It doesn’t matter if he was switched at birth, kidnapped, abandoned, adopted, a changeling child, or even where only one of his parents was related to him biologically – I want it! Bonus points for anything where he’s non-human or half-human, or where he's related to other Atlantis characters. Thanks!

and let's see, in the SGA Big Bang story Mercy of the Fallen (http://sgabigbang.talkoncorners.net/?view=fic&id=68) by Kat Reitz and Perryvic (McKay/Sheppard/Beckett), non-human not-related-to-his-parents Rodney says, about his childhood with Jeannie, "But I experienced growing up with her, and I had no memory of what I was until, oh, puberty. It was sort of nice to start over for a while."

more iffy, but there's also An Aesthetic Solitary Thing (http://eliade.livejournal.com/468719.html) by eliade, where although he is related to his parents and Jeannie, no one on the Atlantis expedition knows that Rodney isn't human, but circumstances (pon farr) force him to come clean. (McShep)

Yeah, the SGA/Cyborg 009 crossover is Almost Human by Paige Notes and it can be found at http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4034077/1/ It is incomplete, but still a very interesting read - I hope you like it!

Last Will and Testament by speranza. Ummmm...Rodney is related to somebody on the expedition and it's slash. I don't want to give it all away 'cause it's a bit cracky and may well squick but it's so well written and funny too.
