1) McShep and Rodney+Carson friendship; 2) The Mentalist crossovers

Hello, all. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some plotty McShep fics with Rodney+Carson friendship as the second theme. It would be even better (but not necessary) if it had a happy ending and/or was generally upbeat but not too heavy on saccharine. Some angst is okay, but no death fics, please.

It would also be wonderful if there were any xovers with The Mentalist (I've read one so far), even better if it was Sheppard/Jane (if those exist), but Jane/whichever-male-character and/or McShep or gen are fine, too. But no het, please.

Humour/crack on either request would be especially welcome.
