Hmm... Ok, so John doesn't exactly do it, but it is his design. Milkweed by Kat Reitz & tzigane (http://community.livejournal.com/sga_flashfic/464741.html#cutid1) and its prequel Thorn Apples (http://community.livejournal.com/sga_flashfic/462945.html). Just a word of caution: Rodney is pretty messed up in this from being captured and abused previously.

Meaningful Numbers (http://darkhavens.livejournal.com/193118.html#cutid1). This time, when they bring him back, he's naked and jittery, wet-eyed and all folded in on himself. He looks broken. (Mostly team-fic, slight McShep. They paint to reconnect Rodney to Atlantis after an Alien Culture disconnects him.)
