Hello! I'm sort of a way-late-entrance fan of the show, so any help would be much appreciated!

I'm trying to find fics (preferably Sheppard/McKay, pairing or friendship) wherein military personnel new to Atlantis either underestimate the value of or are derogatory towards Rodney (or the science personnel in general), and the team's reaction to the mistreatment, Sheppard setting the antaognist(s) straight... anything in that vein. Ring any bells?
