So okay, much as I absolutely adore the SURPRISE! kisses, the unexpected and the knocked sideways, there's something so massively compelling about the opposite. The fics in which there are declarations of intent before the sex, in which they work out they're in love first.

The ones that come to mind are Cleave by amireal and A Beautiful Lifetime Event by astolat - and I'd supply links to both if google didn't consistently crash my firefox - but are there any others that people can think of?
