Useless comment is useless: I know that I've seen ONE that had Harper ending up in Atlantis. am looking for it now, but commenting mainly to say that the lack of SGA/Andromeda makes me the saddest panda. I hope some wonderful people out there come back with links for you! Meanwhile I'll work on scrounging up that one lonely little fic.

Searching for Eden (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3932795/1/Searching_for_Eden) is a SGA/Andromeda fusion, sadly unfinished.
