Rodney appreciates the gift of the people around him

Hey guys:

I'm in the mood for some stories with themes/scenes where Rodney really appreciates the remarkable people around him--esp. Radek, Teyla, Ronon and of course, John (but not sexually. I'm in the mood to see Rodney appreciate John for his other attributes if possible.)

Gen or mcshep, please. I realize this is a tough request, so thanks for any help!

I just read Proper Motivation (http://community.livejournal.com/sga_genrequest/15676.html) last night; it has a couple of moments in which Rodney realizes how much he values his team and their protectiveness of him. Gen.

Thank you! Couple of really nice team (and Carson) appreciation moments that fit the bill. More of a Rodney-the-hero story overall, though, (for anyone following) but very nicely written. Thanks, Michele!
