"The Long Goodbye" AUs

I just finished watching "The Long Goodbye" and liked the power struggle between Rodney and Caldwell. I don't really like Caldwell, so I would have preferred if Rodney had been in charge when John and Elizabeth weren't themselves. Are there any rewritting of the episode with Rodney in charge, esp. with Rodney doing a better job that Caldwell could have?
