John not eating or sleeping right?

I was in the mood for some stories featuring John not eating or sleeping right (shock ^^")! I'm not very interested in ones where he's doing it on purpose (starving himself etc.) but instead ones where he doesn't notice, doesn't really mean to etc. I'm open to any genre, though I would prefer gen/slash over het.

To be honest, most of kriadydragon's stories (especially the long ones) have at some point a starving/very hungry/malnourished, and in most cases a not sleeping well/plagued by nightmares, John. Maybe you should just check out her stories at her LJ and ff.net account...? :)
