I am looking for stories that deal with bigotry. Not just gay bashing, but all kinds. Like some one decideing that Ronon and Teyla are less than human just because they were not born on Earth.

A Hundred Happy Things by busaikko has some parts that deal with discrimination/prejudice against transgender people. (Rodney/girl!John)

I've got a prejudice tag here (http://delicious.com/Kirinin/prejudice+SGA). It includes 'We've Taken Different Roads', 'Aegis', and 'Take Clothes off as Directed'.

'We've Taken Different Roads' discusses gaybashing, but 'Aegis' discusses the prejudice faced by the magically gifted in its AU; and 'Take Clothes Off' turns the same eye towards submissives in its AU. The latter two are the most interesting in this light, because they take a group of people you wouldn't necessarily expect to face prejudice and treat the matter very seriously.
