After a rotton day, I'm in the mood for some H/C... I checked the H/C tags in this community and I've read most of the recs... so, my request is...

What are some hidden gems?  New fics?  Or, just your absolute favourites??  I'm up for all kinds of H/C... Illness, injury, angst... whatever you can rec!  If anyone has any community or list suggestions, that would be awesome as well. 

I hope this isn't too general!  I've read a whole bunch of H/C and it'd be impossible to list them all here!

I always recommend likethekoschka's Geeks and Goons series for h/c. The individual authors koschka and liketheriver, as well as their combined alter-ego, may be found on fanfiction.net (search by author name).

There used to be a "favorite stories" link on each author page and the authors on their favs also write good h/c stories. I'll have to check to see if that link is still on FFN.

I keep a personal community for Rodney h/c and whumping, not a lot of members but about 250 stories listed. I list any stories that have a little up to a lot of h/c and whumping. I've got them tagged by author and a few descriptive tags ie injury, allergy etc.
