Sheppard being "military"

Hi,

1. I wonder if there are any stories out there which features Sheppard giving one or more of the soldiers under his command a real dressing down.

I prefer if it's not slash (it's ok if the dressing down part isn't because of the gay relationships)

2. Are there any stories where Sheppard is in a regular USAF unit on Earth after he's been the military commander of atlantis (non-slash please)

I was gonna rec Dom M's (miss_porcupine) fic, but Sheppard doesn't stay in the 'normal' Air Force for long, and I can't remember the dang title.....

"Or Something Like It" by semivowel has a John giving a fantastic dressing down because of a truth serum, however it is also John/Rodney, but the dressing down isn't because of that.
