saving the day

Hi, I'm back again. This time I'm looking for any stories where Rodney has to drag (or sneak) himself out of the infirmary or his quarters to save the day even though he's already been injured or he's ill (near collapsing with exhaustion would OK as well). Longer stories preferred but I'll take anything right down to drabbles. Thanks.

Ever read A Day In the Life of the Overwhumped Rodney McKay (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2705560/1/) by AnCa? He doesn't sneak out of the infirmary so much as he avoids it in the first place, but it's all ill-and-injured!Rodney saving the day.
