H/C and specific ailment request

sgarecfindersOk, I have a migraine and a sunburn, thankfully reading doesn't bother me. So I am looking for McShep h/c of minor stuff in particular(a cold, allergies, sprain etc) and any stories w/McShep or gen. team for sunburns and migraines. But I'm not picky, if you have a good h/c rec it even if it's one of them getting really hurt. Hopefully this makes sense :) Thanks!
