In need of Comfort!Shep

So, I've gotten my fill of John comforting Rodney (emotionally/physically/etc), and now I'm hankering for Rodney comforting John. He can be injured (physically, mentally, whatever), and he mainly gets comfort from McKay. He can have others give him comfort, but what he really wants (or what really does it) is Rodney. Prefer McShep.

I love a comforting Rodney. I'm going to promote a couple of mine because I'm about to push off to bed, but I'll come back later for more if someone else doesn't jump in.

Bah. There's one in which John gets blinded by some crazy poison spitting fish, and he and Rodney end up hooking up. but for the life of me I can't find it right now. Grrr. But you've got some to start. have fun!

Masochism generally isn't something I read, but it's done so well here. The boys are in a loving relationship and it's the emotional connection and John's raw need that really makes this fic shine.

Lost in Waiting (http://www.stickymanpress.mediawood.net/lostinwaiting.html) by laceymcbain. John's a virgin and just a bit broken. Rodney, being Rodney, just can't let the subject go. This story takes an implausible idea (John=blushing virgin) and totally sells it.
