McKay protective of Zelenka

I was wondering if there are any stories around where McKay is protective of Zelenka? Radek seems to stick up for Rodney fairly regularly in fic, but has anyone written about reverse situations? The protection could be in a physical sense, in a professional sense, or even emotionally.
Please no slash between those two, otherwise I'm pretty open to pairings in this.
