I know I've read at least 2 or 3, the fun part is *finding* them again.... I really suck at this.

There's The Lost Colony by joolz01. It's gen and has Charlie asked to help out with a math problem in the Pegasus Galaxy.

Gah, I know there's a Don/Charlie one (may be incest, maybe not though) where Charlie is invited to join the team in Atlantis. It's from Don's POV and it's all about him missing Charlie and being afraid for him. I wish I had saved the link, but I don't see it in my little folder :( Sorry.
