I just realized I've never seen a single story told from Kanan's POV or even one where he plays a main role in the story! Anybody know of one?

Although it's AU, "The Battle of Canaan's Bluff" by liketheriverrun might be something you'd enjoy. It is told from Canaan's (Kanaan's - the spelling has been changed for this story) POV and he definitely plays a major role.
