Hello!

I was wondering, oh wonderful finders of fic (okay, okay. finders of genre) if you could help me find stories where Rodney can't sleep, forces himself to stay awake, or is forced to stay awake for long periods of time by someone else for whatever reason.

Any pairing, any rating. I'm not squeamish nor am I picky. I will admit that I'm not a big McKeller fan but I'll read it if the fic's a good one.

Solutions (http://www.wraithbait.com/viewstory.php?sid=1629) by Teaphile (http://www.livejournal.com/users/teaphile/) has an over and under medicated Rodney trying everything to get some sleep.

Ceasefire (http://www.ravenswing.com/~bas/slash/ceasefire.html) by Basingstroke (http://basingstoke.livejournal.com/) (826 words, PG) does a pretty good job of dealing with Rodney and John's sleep debt.

Only a Day Away (http://community.livejournal.com/mcsmooch/95365.html) by xparrot is about the end of such a period, if that satisfies. Somnolence (http://aesc.livejournal.com/261970.html) by aesc starts out in an opposite fashion, but keep going. There's also a post-Siege fic in which Rodney can't seem to shut down and ends up at the very end of a pier, but I can't find that one at the moment.

Moments Sacred and Profane has Rodney, Radek, and Carson on stims to stay awake in chapters 16,17, and 18. At least I think those are the chapters. I don't quite remember. http://www.squidge.org/mice/
