Established relationship - working through problems

I'm looking for some established relationship fics, which aren't usually my first choice, but today I'm in the mood I guess.

So could you rec me your favorite McShep relationship fics, where they are trying to work out things - little problems, misunderstandings and crossed wires or obstacles placed into their path by others - and just making their relationship work? The boys do have a lot in common, but sometimes they think so differently, there are bound to be some problems...
