I could do with recs of McShep fic with best friend stuff in. Movie nights, remote control races, X-box tournaments, anything like that would be awesome. If there's long build-up and moderate angst over acting on attraction and ruining friendships, all the better. AU or canon, I'm really not fussy at all. I just really want something happymaking. :D?

And just so this isn't completely off-topic: soraya2004's Track One: Friendship, Love and Everything In-between (http://soraya2004.livejournal.com/14696.html) has John going nuts when Rodney apparently withdraws his friendship in favour of some other guy. I hold this story dear because it's cute and makes for a great pick-me-up read, not the least because of the dorky, dorky John she's captured there.
