So, I read msgordo's fic "Love's Tangled Web" over here. And now I can't help but want more along the same lines.

So I'm looking for McShep stories that work along the lines of "The Count of Monte Cristo" where in John's geared up to take down the McKay family, and ends up pretty much owning Rodney through blackmail.

Can anyone think of other stories like this?

It's not finished, unfortunately. It's up through chapter 8 though.

actually, i heard that the reason that it wasn't finished is because the author actually passed away. so unfortunately, love's tangled web is going to remain a wip.

Actually this is a rumor started because the story was never finished and because the last post from msgordo was that there was a storm coming. There is no proof either way. Hopefully she is alive and well!
