Shy John stories

A friend of mine and I had a long talk about what a shy John would be like. Whether it's shy about his body or shy in the general sense of the word. I've read a lot of stories with Rodney shy about his body image or in shock that someone as hot as John could be interested in him. I'd like the tables turned.

I personally love both John and Rodney, but would like to read some stories were John is unsure about his body image, thinks himself to skinny and says so and/or is shy (maybe he had been told by others to the point that he started believing it himself) and Rodney, (bless his heart) has to tell him just how good he looks. I love long, lovely, angsty first time fics.

I'm big on John/Rodney but will read any slash pairing with John. Please help.

Well, there's these two by helenish, Blush (http://helenish.livejournal.com/153426.html) and its kinda-remix Selfish (http://www.helenish.net/selfish.shtml) (both McShep, NC-17), in which (sexual) misunderstandings are abound, and in the first one the very sentence is: John is shy in bed. I think that about summs it up nicely. :-)
