McShep + fake love = real love

I'm looking for McShep stories where John and Rodney pretend to be in a relationship for whatever reason, and then actually end up together in the end. Pretend dating, engagement, and/or marriage, followed by a real relationship; any and all are welcome! AUs are welcome, too.

Here are the ones I know I've read before:

I'd especially love any recs where they're just pretending to be a couple, sans marriage. (But marriage is always welcome, too.)

A couple more that might suit:
The Unified Theory series, by sgatlantislight, where Rodney marries John to get him back to Atlantis (an AU where Everett wasn't drained by the wraith and became military leader). http://sgatlantislight.livejournal.com/42955.html

And "To Marry a Duke", by Sal and Barb ... not so much 'pretending to be married' as a marriage of convenience ... in which Rodney is pretending to be a woman. Despite this, John still falls for him. :-) A harlequin story.
