[identity profile] jesianne.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] sgarecfinders
Hi, I've been lurking round this site for ages and thought I'd finally get around to posting something, and have absolutely no idea if I'm doing it right. Does anyone know any stories where Atlantis splits between the science department the military. Anything that has the scientists backing up Rodney, the true King of the Geeks, would be great. McShep would be good but I'm not overly fussy, thank you :)

Betrayal (http://www.panopeeper.com/raven/StargateAtlantis/Betrayal%20(1).htm) by Diamond-Raven has a split between science and military. Bad stuff happens, and then the military feels completely guilty, and that's what causes the split. Great story. McShep, naturally.

You're welcome!

Also, Crossing Lines (http://davidhewlett.tarlanx.com/fiction/viewstory.php?sid=62) by Tarlan is also a great science vs. military fic. McShep, as well.

Hi.

::waves madly::

Just doing some self-pimping here. I wrote a Romeo & Juliet adaptation (McShep, natch) dividing the city between the military and civilian populations (it was Kavanagh's fault). Not exactly as geekily or militarily divided as I believe you're looking for, but still here it is:
"You Can't Die Unless I Say So" at http://helenkacan.livejournal.com/218497.html

Cheers!
