Agent/Detective Sheppard

Having recently seen JFlans play an FBI agent on Women's Murder Club, I have aquired a sudden taste for McShep fics where John is either a detective or agent or something along those lines and ends up having to protect McKay from the bad guys.

Hindsight by Glitterati is a good example of the kind of fic I'm looking for.


Nothing seriously angsty or non-con.

A little searching with ljseek (handy search-box is on our profile page) can do wonders. :-)

Also, the newest AU of the type that I know of is Case at Hand (http://neevebrody.livejournal.com/62664.html) by neevebrody, McShep, NC-17, in which John is a PI, Rodney and ME, and there are weird murders that need investigating.

Try the series by Dragonfly Promises on Wraithbait, It has a couple chapters with John as a Sheriff and Rodney as a CSI even though it's mostly SG1.
