Lob somethin' at me if this is sort of an already asked thing. *duck...and not the kind that waddle*  Um, I've been reading sardonicsmiley's Sophomore Slump and Dog Days, again.  I was wondering if there were some really good AU's that are more like hers, and by saying 'more like hers' I mean that they lean towards Rodney.  I love how she does Rodney in character, but she's not afraid to make him vulnerable or afraid to give him as many owies as possible. ;)  The longer the better, but medium stuff is good, too.  I prefer McShep, but if its gen or McSomebody I'll be open to it.  Oh, and happy endings are a bonus!  Thank you for the help, even if you can't find anything.

I've went by it before, but I'm bad about passing fics up if I'm not sure if they're Shep-centric or not. I'm too picky about likin' Rodney I believe. ;) Thank you! I'll give it another look.

I often gravitate toward Rodney-centric fics as well. Although Unitendified is in Sheppard's POV, it is centered on/around Rodney.

I think I should clarify that, I guess. I don't mind if they're Sheppard's POV. I just like the fic to be more about Rodney. ;) Thanks again.

The majority of their collective works are Hurt!Rodney or Rodney is the focal character. Most of NotTasha's stories from "Paradise" on, are loosely connected although all stand alone.

Well, lemme see. I guess you could say I'm looking for Alternative universe fic. If Rodney is either turned into something, gets some odd ability, or is an alien/physically different that would be a bonus. Does that help? I'm terrible at this.

Here's a few that kind of it what you're looking for. Some of them blend into a huge interaction between just John and Rodney, but they stay mostly on Rodney's side for the story.

Rodney is learning his place within the pack, but it's a long journey, and there are a lot of bumps along the road - including an offer Rodney, two months ago, would not have hesitated to take.
