Rodney didn't go to Siberia

Are there any fics where after the SG-1 episode 48 Hours Rodney didn't go to Siberia? I'm specifically looking for fics where he refused to go when Hammond told him, but will take fics where he is kicked out of the program altogether. But he ends up meeting John and/or going to Atlantis anyway.
