SGA-1 when one is in Medical

I feel in the mood for some fics where SGA-1 have a 'routine' when one of them (probably John) is in Medical. Exasperation & eyerolling from doctors as they work around the team; ignoring visiting hours etc. Bonus would them doing this automatically when @ SGC also. No preferences re pairing/gen.
