Any new stories to recommend?

I'm looking for some new well-written, character-driven stories (2016) that you can recommend that I add to my leisure reading list. Do you have any you'd like to share?

PS - I'm hoping that the new Comet channel will start airing SGA and get writers' creative juices flowing again. Not sure if they're going to air it, but they already have SG-1 and Universe so there is hope.
