Multiple POVs

I am looking for stories where the same story line is told twice from the point of view of two different characters. Stories like...

Resolution by Resonant (Rodney's POV) / Clarity by Speranza (John's POV)
Fix (Rodney's POV) / Fix (John's POV) by Crysothemis
Hydroclaustojohnophobia (Rodney's POV) / Fear Mongering (John's POV) by MK

This could also include stories where the characters are being interrogated individually, writing individual mission reports, etc. and each share their unique perspectives on the same events.

I prefer McShep or gen, although any pairing/rating is fine.

SGA/BTVS crossovers

I once read a story (don't know the name or anything) where Willow sends Xander to the Pegasus galaxy. He meets the SGA people and makes an immediate connection with Rodney. Unfortunately, it was incomplete, a couple of years old and didn't look like it was gonna be completed. So, I'm looking for any stories that are a cross over for SGA/BTVS. I prefer Xander/Rodney but will be happy with just a lot of interaction between them. If you know of any that are even close, I appreciate it.
