Sheppard is forced to talk about his feelings (to save the day!)

Looking for stories in which John Sheppard is forced to openly declare his feelings to save the day! Because we all know that to him, losing limbs would be less of a sacrifice. Something like In the Silent Water (Carter watching) or Happily Ever After (everyone watching).

I'm guessing this will be McKay/Sheppard for maximum tension potential but I'm open to everything! Doesn't even have to be romantic feelings as long as Sheppard is forced to the reveal.
