Finding fic where Rodney gets respect and/or the SGC and Atlantis clash

I'm looking for 2 different kinds of stories. The first kind of story I'm interested in trying to find are any stories out there that have to do with Rodney going from someone that others dislike/think badly of to someone that they respect and are loyal to--not by him changing as a person but by having the people around him recognize and respect him as a person and leader/supervisor while he continues to do his Rodney-thing. The stories don't have to be totally about that, but I'd like to find some where Rodney gaining serious respect and loyalty from people is a central theme and/or kind of stands out in the plot, especially if that respect is gained by any sort of outsider who doesn't see or understand why Rodney is respected by the people on Atlantis or by newcomers of some kind. Does anybody have any recommendations for this? I prefer McShep, but also wouldn't mind gen or other slash. And if there is any het fic that's really really good, I'd take that too.

The second kind of stories I'm looking for are stories that have to do with any kind of unofficial/official rivalry of some kind between the SGC and the expedition in Atlantis. Sort of like, the SGC soldier/scientists think they're more bada**/smarter/better and have worse enemies than Atlantis too, while Atlantis thinks just the opposite, that they're more bada**/etc. I'd like to find stories where the two clash in some ways or where it's pointed out/implied that while Atlantis and the SGC are technically all part of the same group, the two bases don't face the same issues and aren't really 'all in it together' either. I'm especially interested in fic where the SGC and Atlantis people clash somewhere outside of general bad attitudes/opinions. If anybody knows any fic where the two go against each other in war games or in some other way, while feeling friendly or not feeling friendly, that would be great!

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for fics where John is assaulted in some way. Particularly I'm looking for fics where John dealt with:

1) sexually assault/abuse in his childhood
2) an abusive relationship prior to Atlantis or in any AU
3) being sexually assaulted/abused by a OFC/female character

The only thing I did not want is for any of the main SGA characters - Rodney, Carson, Ronon, Teyla, Elizabeth, Lorne, Ford, etc. - to be the perpetrators of the abuse. All the cookies in the world where those characters are the ones giving Sheppard all the hugs.

If there are romantic relationships in the fic please only slash or OT3/OT4.
