McShep break up over a misundertanding

Hey guys! I just finished reading Breathe by Medie and I was hoping you guys could rec me some more fics where John breaks up with Rodney/Meredith over a misunderstanding and Rodney is all heartbroken but John eventually comes to his senses and it ends in a happily ever after. Just a good story with a nice plot, in character characters and angst. Major points if Rodney thinks that John moved on with someone else. Even more points if Rodney thinks that John never really wanted him for whatever reason. They don't have to have any of those two, but if they do, it would be great too. It can be any genre: AU, fantasy, harlequin, sci-fi, supernatural, mpreg, etc. It can be slash McShep or het McShep with FemRodney being born a woman. I'm not really into BDSM or sexual power games.
