Beatea Memoriae like stories

I love to read the story "Beatea Memoriae" by Sazz27 and it's in fanfiction.net. The story is about how John goes missing on a mission and is a cave with a scrambled brain by this old woman and she takes care of John. Then John is sent into the cave by the villagers and is found by Stargate team. That's all I remember in this early morning. I was wondering if there anythere stories like that out there? Thanks
