John body image?

Okay there are a lot of stories about Rodney having body issues and/or eating disorders, but I've been hard pressed to find any with John having those problems. And I've spent the better part of the night searching tags and comms for some. So, are there any stories where John has an eating disorder? Bonus points if he tries to hide it and then has to be forced to eat/get help. Happy endings preferred, and my preference is for McShep, but I'll take gen as well. Thanks!!
