Miller's Crossing

I just read a post on fanficrants in which a fan was unhappy that SGA fic writers never deal with the aftermath of John's actions in "Miller's Crossing". And I thought, "No way, it can't be!":) Now, I know of one wonderful tag to this episode (X-parrot's "Brother to the Executioner"),but as I'm a new to this fandom,I would like to know if there are any other stories dealing with the ambiguity of Sheppard's choices in that episode. Could you please rec me as many as you know?:) Whether it's gen or pairing-oriented fic doesn't matter. I just want some Sheppard character exploration.
