Vala/John and Sam/John

I recently read The Curious Afterlife of John Sheppard on the sagreversebigbang and it got me interested in the Vala/John pairing and then it made me think of Sam/John as well. I'd like your favorite stories with those two pairings. I know that Vala/John was asked for in an earlier post but I'd like stories that aren't PWP/rated Mature (not that all of those rec'd in that entry were). I would like stories that have plot and no graphic sex.
