Depressed, beaten down

 Hey everyone, 
I really loved Second Fiddle by Azrael who sadly doesn't seem to be continuing the story (if I'm mistaken PLEASE let me know) It was a story where Rodney mistakenly believed that John didn't respect him anymore, nor trust him and so went to another team. John ended up pretty depressed. As in actually showing depressed behavior like sleeping more than usual, taking frequent showers etc.

So, I'm looking for any stories where John is depressed. I am looking for McShep only at the point and the longer the story the better. It can be a smaller part of the whole though I'm looking for a lack of easy fixes here...
