Taming the bachelor McShep

I'm looking for any McShep fics where one of the boys is one of those eternal bachelors and has the reputation of being a bit of a "player", until obviously they meet and the playboy half decides that this one they want to keep. Bonus points if the other one is just happy keeping it casual, and the reformed bachelor needs to work to win their heart over ;)

I've been watching some SGA fanvids and noticed again how hot Rodney is in that blue shirt :P So, I'm looking for some McShep fic where it's not just John who finds Rodney attractive, and he has to put some work into getting him (or at least he thinks he does). Bonus points if the competition is male, one of the marines, or more than one person ;)
