I'm not quite sure how to describe what I'm looking for, but I'm wanting mcshep fic where John is sort of protective but kind of hard too. The kind of John like in 'How The Millers Relaxed And Learned To Love Rodney (With A Little Help From John Sheppard)' by Sardonicsmiley
Where he's sort of gentle and friendly to Rodney but very much a military commander to everyone else . I know there are a few fics with him like this that I've read but the one above is the only one I could find in my bookmarks. Sorry if its a bit vague I'm just not sure quite how to describe this kind of John. NOT looking for dark fics though

I'm looking for any stories where McKay is recalled/replaced/distrusted/investigated/despised/arrested by people at the SGC/Earth and the people on Atlantis fight for him/want him back (even if he doesn't realise it). I've read Replaced (and the sequel), The Sweep of Easy Wind and Genesis and I'm looking for any others.

Longer stories and McKay/Sheppard preferred but I will read anything. Stories where Teal'c supports him would be a bonus.

Sheppard Meets Old COs

I'm looking for fics, preferably McShep, but will go for any slash or gen, where Sheppard meets with his former COs or soldiers he served with pre McMurdo and Atlantis. It doesn't matter if the SGC has been declassified to the military, the entire world, or not at all. What I'm specifically looking for are fics where Sheppard shows his former COs what a good soldier and CO he is. Bonus for working in the loyalty his current soldiers show him.

Also, are there any fics where Sheppard's former COs and fellow soldiers come to Atlantis and are amazed by the loyalty Sheppard receives. Thank you.
