Teyla goes with John in Outcast?

Ok, so on storyfinders I asked about a specific phrase/line that I'm kinda-sorta remembering from a story where Teyla went with John to his father's funeral.  But I'm not sure I've ever seen a fic where she joined him.

Does anyone know of any stories where Teyla goes to Earth in the episode Outcast? (Or maybe the whole team goes?)

What about stories where they talk about if Teyla had come with?
