Sharona/Natalie = John; caretaker who's not really trained for this sort of thing, just kinda going with the flow....

Do we call this a fusion? tv retelling? Am I making sense?

Sheppard and the Marines

I was re-reading "Highly Classified and Very Hush Hush" (http://www.glitterati.talkoncorners.net/log/snapshots/ncissga-highly-classified-and-very-hush-hush/) and I was interested by Gibbs' perspective as a Marine on Sheppard.

... Gibbs wonders if there isn't anything else to Colonel Ratty Jeans. Marines don't usually respect anyone unless they've earned it,and Gibbs can't imagine many jobs babysitting scientists crop up that many opportunities to do so.

So basically I'm looking for stories that mention the Marines and their relationship with their CO or anything similiar.
