1. I just read a lovely, warm little fic by Kellifer with John being openly affectionate and companionable with Rodney; can you guys recommend other such stories?  I'm hoping for loving, but not treacley. :o)  And here's the link to the Kellifer story, Break in the Road:

2. I personally love Ben Browder (go, John Crichton! "g") and I thought he did a good job joining SG-1, but, unfortunately, Atlantis fic tends to belittle or denigrate Cameron Mitchell, especially regarding encounters with Rodney.  Nevertheless, I'm hoping there might be at least one decent "Rodney and Cam are or become Friends" fic out there; anybody able to point me in the right direction?  No Rodney/Cam slash, please, though John/Rodney slash is always appreciated.
