1.  Radek becoming Rodney's 2IC
Are there any stories which show the beginnings of Rodney and Radek's friendship? Or when Rodney realised that Radek was really smart? In the episode 38 minutes, it kinda seems like Kavanagh is meant to be scientific 2IC. When did it change?  And how did it become official, like Elisabeth formally accepting it?
If there's no stories like that, can you recc me good Rodney/Radek friendship stories?

2. Respect for John
Are there any stories where people who specifically didn't respect Sheppard or didn't think he had what it takes to be the military commander (like Bates, Caldwell, Everett, possibly a Sumner fron an alternate universe) realise how competent he is? Possibly even better than them for the job?

Not So Understanding Pegasus

OK, so a general theme I've found in Mcshep fics is that Ronon, Teyla, and the rest of the Pegasus galaxy are completely accepting of homosexual relationships. Are there any fics. out there where the natives of Pegasus are completely homophobic are at least find such a relationship strange?

Janus/Rodney

Is there any fic where Rodney meets Janus the Ancient (via time travel, cloning, sheer randomness)? It doesn't have to be them as a pairing, as long as there's any kind of interaction. The two of them loose in a lab would be awesome (in a 'be afraid' kind of way, but still awesome).
