Alone, abandoned, betrayed John

Hi,

I just read the wonderful "Irreplacable" by KashKow http://stargate-atlantis.org/fanfics/viewstory.php?sid=2431 and I was wondering:

Are there any more stories out there were, for whatever reason, the team and other members of Atlantis turn against John, they can either exile him to another planet (like Irreplacable") or just plain treat him badly (maybe take him for granted) then figure out what they've done and try to fix it. Bonus if John is feeling abandoned, depressed, betrayed, etc... and it takes alot of groveling to repair the damage.

I love angst, the more the better, and am a big fan of McShep slash. I like gen if it's written well, and Team fics. (with Ronan) Long stories with good plot are my favorite. I know this is a type of AU, but I would like the characters to stay in character as much as possible. I'm not into 'Earthside' fics, I'd like to keep them in the Pegasus Galaxy.
