Seceding from Earth/Cut off From Earth

I've just finished Written by the Victors and am craving more fic where Atlantis is separated from Earth. I'd prefer long fic that deals with the Expedition choosing to cut off ties from Earth. Any pairing is fine. Gen is great, too.

Are there rec lists of fic like this?

I'm new to this community and hope I get this right! I'm looking Gen NCIS/SGA crossovers/fusions.

I have a feeling that I saw a NCIS/SGA one ages ago, but I can't remember where and don't think I read it at the time as I didn't watch NCIS. I have recently started watching it and would like to read any Gen crossovers or fusions of any kind with it. To be honest, the idea of Ducky on Atlantis cracks me up...let alone the rest of the team!
